The successful Reservation Consultant will be working for a specialist travel reservations company providing consolidated airfares and travel arrangements to travel agents and direct to the public. Offering a basic salary of upto £14,000 dependant on experience plus other company benefits.

Responsibilities of a Reservations Consultant:
-Selling airline seats to travel agents and direct passengers over the phone and face to face
-Provide exceptional Customer Service to clients.
-Develop solid, long-term relationships with each client.

Reservations Consultant Skills Required:
-Minimum of 6 months travel industry experience, ideally in Ticketing and Nett Fares.
-Or in an Reservations Airfares environment
-Working knowledge of Sabre or other CRS reservations system.
- Fluency in speaking Urdu, Hindi, or Arabic -Knowledge of Indian / Middle East or African market would be distinct advantage.
