Our client in Hemel Hempstead is looking to recruit an experienced Customer Relationship Marketing Manager.
The successful candidate will have experience in data marketing, CRM and email marketing, ideally at management level and experience in project management.
The role will be strongly results orientated and includes responsibility for planning, management and delivery of CRM campaigns, selection and management of data and creative input, comprehensive and timely measurement and make recommendations for improving effectiveness and reducing costs.
Key responsibilities:
- Developing and Creating the CRM strategy
- Planning ahead of activity that is required to meet sales flows
- Exploring purchase history to improve and understand customer base
- Measurement and reporting of the campaigns - Recommending changes to maximise ROI
- Coordinate budget
