Are you an experienced supervisor with proven travel industry experience and strong customer service skills? An opportunity has arisen based in Sussex working for a very reputable tour operator. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for a new challenge and to further their supervisory experience within a fast growing company.

DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION:
The sole purpose of the Customer Service Supervisor is to oversee the customer service team and to manage pre and post departure complaints, general admin and in resort issues. You will work alongside the Customer Service Manager to closely monitor the teams performance.

An example of the duties undertaken by the Customer Service Supervisor are as follows:

*Measure, monitor and coach a team of operations staff within the UK and administrators outside of the UK.
*Overseeing phone operations and producing MI reporting.
*Overseeing all e mail inboxes ensuring all passengers enquiries are prioritized and managed throughout the day.
*Design and delivery of training for new starters.
*Reviewing processes to consider and implement change positively across the whole customer service team.
*Play an active role within the crisis management team.


EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
The successful candidate should have relevant supervisory experience within the travel industry in a customer service focused role. You will have exceptional customer service skills and have good people management skills.
