Skills and experience required for the role of Ticketing Agent
?Proven airline or travel agent experience. Alternatively, educated to the equivalent levels.
?Minimum of two years ticketing experience
?Sound knowledge with airline CRS and reservation/ticketing procedures - ideally Amadeus
?Flexible & available for shift hours
?Fluency in French or German would be an advantage
