As a Business Travel Consultant you will:-

- Liaise with suppliers on client's, checking availability, negotiating suitable rates and advising of special requirements
- Ensure correct and timely issuing of tickets to comply with IATA regulations
- Ensure all changed or cancelled travel arrangements are re-issued, cancelled and refunded as per company standard
- Provide advice on passport, visa, health and security requirements
- Ensure the Customer Care Department is provided with written and verbal feedback regarding any service which the client may be pleased or dissatisfied
- Respond to client concerns and enquiries in a prompt and courteous manner to ensure client satisfaction
