We are looking for confident and motivated team players with Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, and Scandinavian to service in-bound telephone calls from our clients Head Office in Manchester.

First class communication, influencing and customer service skills are a pre-requisite; previous experience in travel is advantageous.

Using a bespoke reservation system, your primary responsibility will be handling incoming calls from our new and established customers to help them fulfil, their travel requirements by identifying their needs, promoting insurances, etc.

Would you like to work for an industry leading inbound tour operator dealing with French clients. This exciting company currently seek a customer focused French Operations Executive for its busy central London office.

The successful French Operations Executive will need to have worked within a group's environment in the travel or hotel industries and be a Native level French speaker.

French Operations Executive Duties

-Being the first point of contact to French clients.
-Dealing with Hotel and Service reservations for Groups coming into the UK.
-Ensuring that administration and customer service requirements are maintained.
-Negotiating contract rates.
-Effectively managing enquiries in a face paced environment.
-Continuous Liaison with other departments to ensure exceptional customer service is always delivered.

French Operations Executive Necessary Experience and Skills

-Native level French both written and spoken.
-Fluency in English both Written and Spoken.
-A full understanding of Hotels, Reservations and Tour Operations.
-Experience in a groups role within the travel or hotel industries
-An excellent knowledge of London.
-Previous Travel Reservations experience is essential.
-Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft office packages.
-Self Motivated

Dutch speaking Business Travel Consultants are required to join a world leader in Business Travel at their offices at Heathrow airport.

The successful applicant can expect a salary of up to £26,000 plus excellent benefits and the exciting opportunity to work for one of the biggest names in the Travel industry.

The Business Travel team will be responsible for booking airline reservations, organising car hire, hotels and Eurostar bookings as required by the individual clients.
