They are keen to recruit an experience business travel consultant to work in an all-round business travel reservations role.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Taking calls and e-mails from business clients regarding their travel needs
- Quoting and booking all travel needs including flights, car hire, rail hotel and ancillary services i.e. passport and visa requirements
- Offering excellent customer service, building a rapport with clients.
- Accounts tend to be small to medium size business
- Working on CRS Amadeus or Galileo to make reservations
- Working Monday to Friday office hours
EXPERIENCED REQUIRED:
My client is keen to recruit a suitably experienced Business Travel Consultant. Ideally you will have Amadeus or Galileo experience, but cross training from a different CRS could be provided for the right candidate.
