Our client is a high profile travel business with an exciting web presence, and is one of the largest leisure travel groups in the UK, the culture of the business has a 'start up and can do attitude'. They have signifciant ambitions to grow their business over the next few years and are looking to add talented individuals to their business.


The Role
-Negotiate new or existing supplier contracts/relationships in order to expand the product offering with the best margins/commissions.

-Build strong relationships with internal and external partners.

-Identify gaps in the product offering and source product to fill-in the gaps.

1Work with the merchandising team and supply analyst to identify key products to merchandise in order to drive effective online, e-mail and offline campaigns.

-Analyze margins and supplier pricing to generate consumer prices and promotional activities.

-Generate product plans in respect to seasonality and destination
Assist in planning and forecasting.



Knowledge, Skills and Experience
-Significant experience in consumer travel distribution

-Online travel industry experience

-Consumer e-commerce experience


-Strong influencing and negotiation skills for working with internal and external supply contacts, with the ability to influence at a senior level.

-Easily earns trust in all working relationships.

-Excellent verbal, written communication and organisational skills
Results-focused and driven, with a strong 'can do' attitude.

-Comfortable and flexible with ambiguity that comes from working in a fast-paced environment.

-Ability to manage multiple projects - with strengths in prioritisation and planning.
